With well over 20 years in the real estate industry I've seen many changes... when I first entered the industry interest rates were 17 & 18 percent!! I didn't realize you couldn't sell houses with rates that high (I was very green) so I sold them anyway.

As mentioned before I went to St. Peter's School... then off to Quinsigamond Community College... next I went to New England Real Estate Academy and obtained my real estate Brokers license. Since that time I've attended many real estate classes.

Some of my thoughts. Home buying or selling should be an exciting time. To me, the search for the perfect palace is like the anticipation of Christmas morning for the six-year old, and the selling of your castle like waiting for the bonus check.
